Cryogenic chamber CR-20

The CR-2011 CH-1 / A cryogenic chamber is manufactured in three versions:

    • in the 5-6 person version,
    • in the 3-4-person version
    • and in the 2-3-person version.

All these versions have common construction and technical solutions that ensure stability of the cryochamber work parameters and safety in their operation, below some of them:

The interior of the safe chamber – paneling made of linden wood

Prefabricated structure, consisting of a vestibule and a specific chamber, with walls filled with thermal insulation

Coolant liquid nitrogen, liquid air

Automatic control after setting work parameters

Parametry podstawowe kriokomory

• length 3150 – 4500 (mm)
• width 2300 – 2500 (mm)
• height 2500 (mm)
Chamber weight ~ 500 – 800 (kg)

  • Nominal power consumption 16 (A)
    Electric power supply 400/50 (V / Hz)
Temperature range in the treatment chamber -80 to -160oC
Temperature range in the vestibule -60 ° C
Recommended temperature in the treatment chamber -120oC
Recommended temperature in the vestibule -60 ° C
Cooling time of the cryochamber up to temp. -120oC 25 (min)
Time spent in the treatment chamber (regulated by the staff) 1-3 (min)
The time spent in the vestibule (regulated by the service) 1-3 (min)
Automatic cryochamber regeneration: time programmed by the user
  • Liquid nitrogen
  • Liquid synthetic air
  • Cooling of the cryochamber to the temperature recommended in the treatment chamber -120oC 100 -120 (kg)
  • During the procedure (3 min) 3 – 4 (kg)
  • Power supply: alternating voltage
  • Atmospheric pressure: 80 – 106 kPa
  • Ambient temperature: 10 – 45oC
  • Relative humidity: <85%
  • Type of work: continuous work
  • Voltage and frequency: 230 and 3 x 400 V, 50 Hzz
  • The temperature in the vestibule: -60oC +/- 5oC
  • Range of working temperature of the chamber
  • Maximum number of patients in the chamber (depending on size): up to 6 people
  • Working temperature range of the treatment chamber: -80 ° C to -160 ° C every 5 ° C
  • Time of the procedure programmed in the range: 30 s to 5 min. every 1s
  • Nitrogen consumption for cooling: up to temp -120oC – 100 kg,
  • Oxygen concentration in the chamber: 18 – 22%
  • Cooling time of the cryochamber: ca. 40 min. up to -160oC
  • Temperature stabilization in the treatment chamber: +/- 3 (max +/- 10) ˚C
  • The amount of breathing air entering the chamber: (163 K)> 35 m3 / h
  • The lifetime of oxygen sensors: 3-4 years to -160 ° C – 120 kg
  • Nitrogen consumption during treatments: (depending on the version): from 60 kg / h to 80 kg / h

Drop in oxygen concentration in the chamber:
• Below 17% – an audible signal and automatic shut-off of the cryogenic liquid supply to both the chamber and the building
• Above 22% – an audible signal and an automatic shut-off of the cryogenic liquid supply both to the chamber and to the building
For the patient: a button in the chamber – a light and sound signal.
